Mission: The Word of God, Jesus Christ, came into the world to bring God's light into the darkness. We, the Body of Christ, through our baptism continue to proclaim God's light in the World's darkness through our witness in Words and Actions. Before Jesus ascended into heaven he commanded us to go out to make disciples (students) of all, baptizing them and teaching them to obey all that He commanded. Formation Programs at Church for grades 1 through 12: Registration is open all year but classes begin each September. A registration form may be found at www.asyg.org under forms/registrations or you can request one by email or find them at the door of the church. It can be mailed, emailed, dropped at the office or if you are already registered in the parish you may call it in on the phone. Dan ext. 205 or Irene 202. Email dans.allsaints.ws. Classes Meet: Wednesday 6:45 to 8:00 PM in English. Pre-Kinder and Kindergarten Bible Study and Worship Hour is at the 10:30 AM and 12:30 Masses in room #3 of the two story school building. Further programs and schedules of classes offered the Public Schools listed below. See Adult and RCIA for Adult Formation Programs Liturgy of the Word for Children at mass: Each of the Sunday programs continues with mass following class. The children, first thru fifth grades, participate in a special Liturgy of the Word during the first 40 minutes of Mass. This is the beginning of their mass but separate from the adult community so that we can share God's Word in a manner appropriate to their age. Children not in Sunday catechesis, but in the weekday programs or not enrolled in any program, are invited to join the Liturgy or the Word at the 10:30 or 12:30 children's masses in the TALC learning center. All these students join their parents at the offering time in mass for the Liturgy of the Eucharist. The middle and high school students participate in the regular community mass in church. Religious Formation Programs at the public schools: We teach the Roman Catholic faith at the public school campuses in the parish immediately after school. The following schools have Catholic Clubs: Harvard (Friday), Love (Monday), and Travis(Thursday) Elementary schools at 3 PM as well as Hogg MS (Friday at 1:45) and Reagan HS. These meet one day a week immediately after school for 90 minutes. If your child attends one of these schools, you are invited to enroll him/her there for faith formation. These instructional programs are the same as that offered at the church. Dates and times are available at the end of August when confirmed by the principals of the schools with All Saints. Sacramental Preparation details are found under the link sacramental.
